While at their office today I asked a few questions about their "free phone consultation" which they advertised in an email received. I told her the phone conversation I had was mainly getting all my personal information and insurance. When I asked if that constituted the consultation she rudely advised me she didn't think I was a good fit for them. Not only rude but very unprofessional.
