Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Yes Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect

Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me Does this provider welcome questions? Not at all. They ignored my questions Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Fairly current Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? I waited forever for my appointment!

Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? They seemed to know enough

Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring Was this family doctor's staff friendly? Yes Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? No, my appointment started at the scheduled time Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile
