Recommendedhotel in downtown rochester ,newly remodeled rooms ,great pleasant staff ,however not much to do here in downtown rochester no restaurants in walking distance were open,no one walking and a neighborhood in need of a big urban upgrade,lot’s of vacant buildings,.we asked a local where to go they said to drive a mile or 2 out of the city….,with no car this was not an option… So if you go ,the hotel was great as were all the staff ,but bring your survival kits…ps we were here ove… See more

RecommendedI stay here at least once a year when visiting Oceanside, typically the rooms are nice and clean the hotel has a great deck with ocean views and a walking trail straight to the harbor. However, we stayed here this weekend and on 10/3/21 at 1:30 AM the fire alarm went on, building was evacuated and we were told it was a false alarm.
