Dr. Yoon is brilliant at what he does. He did surgery on my lower back and it was successful. I'll be seeing him again soon for other spinal issues. If you're going there to have a conversation like a primary Doctor does, don't count on it. He specializes in neurological things, not talking a lot about it. He is a professional!!
She's extremely rushed, refuses to actually listen to her patients, and never reviews previous records. Wouldn't go over an MRI she ordered, only ordered the MRI and not even blood tests, before telling my husband (the patient), "At least you're not dying." Said to come back if it "gets worse", but that there was no point to schedule another appt, and could refer to somewhere else if we wanted to try that after only 1 medication prescribed that didn't help. Dr yoon is awsome,I've had 6 surgeries from dr yoon,if it wasnt for him I would be in a wheel chair. My back was a wreck when I met dr yoon, other doctors said I would be in wheel chair ,that was 15 yrs ago,i couldn't hardly walk,bad sciatic pain ,degenerative disc disease, and spinal stenosis, this September 2020, my 6th surgery another disc degenerated another fusion ,pain is gone,and I'm going fine ,i have nothing but good to say about dr yoon, he is hard to get to know,but he has called me personally and talked with me 4... read more
She is very friendly which is uncommon with doctors. She has much knowledge which she is very good at sharing. She also takes the time with you if you need it.
I've been seeing Dr. Kasalova since for many years. She takes the time to listen and explain. She always asks if I have questions and addresses them. She is too the point. No nonsense. Don't confuse "touchy-feely" with caring. She cares about her patients health and well-being.
Don’t waste your time on this Dr Patients beware Has very little concern with patients medical needs
Very condescending. Her behavior was akin to the name you call a female dog. Made me feel as if my symptoms were not real because “ it’s anatomically impossible.” yet being a brain surgeon could not tell me what was causing my shoulder/ neck/ face tingling that started in my shoulder up to my face. When I asked her she put her hands up and shrugged her shoulders. My MRI showed multiple areas of nerve compression. Will never recommend her .
Had my second visit to the office today. The office staff were extremely friendly. I was seen at my appointment time, impressed with that. Dr. Quinn took the time to actually look at my full MRI, not wanting to take the word of a different doctor's opinion. Impressed again. They allowed my boyfriend and my Mom in the exam room, answered all questions we had and was very informative. As far as I'm concerned, she's a God send. I will definitely share my positive experience.
Not empathetic made me feel my symptoms weren't real when I had 50 % of the nerve roots compressed. Basically was the name for a female dog.
