Worked with Jon Moore, who helped us a ton as first time homebuyers looking in Oakland and Alameda, and walked us through each step at our own pace, we even took a 6 month break looking at houses and he was very understanding. He made the process as simple as possible, was readily available, and worked closely with our lender once we placed an offer.
