I've not used this company but if the business has been around since '94, why is the longest review only 1yr(Google issue)? The negative reviews have to do with showing up for an estimate and Bob is always mentioned. Is Bob the owner and why would an owner not address these negative reviews? Something isn't right... 🤔
Came out to provide an estimate and said they would have it ready by end of day. More than a week goes by and they tell me they lost my paperwork and will have to come back out again and they will "let me know." Two weeks go by, and after I follow up they tell me they can't provide a quote (no reason).
My mom put in a call to request an estimate for gutter installation on a new property. They never got back. If you’re running a business and depend on professionalism and time, I cannot recommend this place.
