Worst customer service. I wanted a special order and they gave me a form to fill out dimensions a drawing (they wanted me to draw what I wanted on their form) I brought a sample of what I needed. I wasn't sure what they wanted on their form and I asked for help. The manager Acussed me of being rude and asked me to leave the premises. I will never enter that business ever again
This company has terrible customer service and nothing short of thieves and liars. I paid for a gutter that got damaged in their yard. They want to either give me the damaged gutter or pay for a new one. It’s beyond believe how this company handles their customers!
This company get it sheet metal from China cheaper then scrap value... all the people that do all the work there are temps from a company called begin right that get paid cheap...... Some should file a federal complaint against this company to be charged tariffs.....times 3.
Dear all, If you want the real truth about a company all you have to do is ask there employees. After working there for almost a year I can tell anybody that reads this is this companies "NEW" owners are what all companies stride for and its "MONEY", without they wouldn't be in business. If you want prices that you "CANT" or "WONT" be ab;e to match it ...ANYWHERE, is a good company....BUT?...the are so unorganized and treat there help with "ZERO" respect and want more profits for the few employee/owned company employees they... read more
Very poor customer service Followed up on partial missing order. Salesman said the items were out of stock and didn’t know when they would arrive not his fault he didn’t take the order. Wish they would have let me know when I placed it I could have ordered these items somewhere else. Looking for new supplier now.
Worst customer service ever. I gave specific detailed instructions for custom flashing. They got it wrong and would not correct their error, blamed me for everything. When talking to the "manager" everything I said was twisted to suit his side of the argument. Obviously he has traveled this road before. By his own statement he claims to employ minimum wage employees who are paid to push a button and not to think.
