Gutter Guys NW never showed up to install our gutters. We were scheduled to have gutters installed on a Tuesday afternoon and no one ever showed up, nor did we receive a call as to why and to try to reschedule. We called them twice as it got later and later in the day and were told both times that they would have dispatch/scheduling return our call. We never heard from them. I called Gutter Guys to get an estimate on just 28' of gutter to be hung, no downspout, no paint, just hung. I had to call them back two more times in two weeks bugging them about the estimate, they answered the phone but said that they would contact me. Never did. Now the fourth week still nothing. I chose to go with the competition that gave me a quote over the phone right there as well as they were only a week out. I guess the small jobs isn't what they want to do. Just tell me if you don't want to do the job.

They did a great job plus the price was vary reasonable. I wouldn’t have a problem using Gutter Guys again
