My husband and I were very satisfied with the work done by Gutter Guards Direct and would highly recommend them. Johnathan was easy to work with when obtaining a bid and the installers did a professional job. Installers did a nice job on cleaning up afterwards. The bid process was very low pressure unlike some of the other bids we obtained.
Johnathan was great to work with. I met with a few other companies and got the high pressure sales approach. Johnathan was more educational in his approach and I appreciate that. He gives multiple options and was the only one that wasn’t trying to sell me on one solution. Educated me on the pros and cons for each. We hired Gutter Guards Direct to repair fallen tree damage to our gutter system, the only company in our area that could match our present gutter system. They were very efficient and timely with damage estimates for our insurance company. On the day of repair, the men who came to our home were knowledgeable and repaired our gutter system efficiently, and we haven't had any issues with the repair. We wholeheartedly recommend Gutter Guards Direct and will hire this company again should the need arise.
Great experience! Prompt for the estimate. All my questions were answered. Offered options (aluminum vs copper) with pros and cons of each. No hard sell. When I made my decision they scheduled the install. The installers were prompt and professional.
