Excellent product and great service.
I regret getting involved with this company. There were multiple bait-and-switches during the process. I hired this company to repair my gutters. After failing to show up as scheduled multiple times, the crew finally arrived on the third try but refused to do any repairs. Instead, they insisted that my less than 10 year old gutters had to be completely replaced. This didn't feel quite right, but they were already holding on to my deposit and had delayed the work for so long that I reluctantly agreed to the new scope of work ... read more

From our very first contact to the finished job I was quite happy and impressed with Empire Gutters. They really seemed to care about doing the best job for our situation. All the employees, the owner, phone calls were perfect. Job was done as discussed, everything cleaned up, no issues. Highly recommend this company.
