They came out right away to get us an estimate, and even though we had to wait about 8 weeks for the work to start (they were very busy at the time), the office did a pretty good job of keeping us updated. The end result looks great!
We called around for gutter estimates in May but was told by all companies that they needed to make an appointment and we needed to be there but The Gutter Cover company had no problem giving us an estimate without us being here which was very convenient for us. They showed up on time, were professional in their communication, they cleaned up all the mess and my gutters look fabulous. I would certainly recommend using them to my friends and others.
I had gutter covers and five windows installed in my 1899 Victorian. They arrived on Monday morning, two teams, and set to work. All was completed by the evening...and it was a big house with a lot of challenges! Great guys, all so patient with me and my homeschooled daughter asking lots of questions. I'm so excited about never having to clean my gutters again!
Great to work with... excellent staff. I had a tricky installation because of how my house sits, but they got it done! Very pleased with how the covers look!
This is the second house we have added Gutter Covers to as the product works. They are quick, professional, with excellent service all around from the quote process to installation. If I move again they will get my business once more!
I got three quotes and ideas for gutter type. Gutter cover came in the middle price wise. Another company tried to tell me their type of product would void the warranty on my roof - I called the roofing manufacturer and that it not the case. Their product is safe to use with proper installation. My house was one of the more difficult installations if you ask me. Very high upper roof and a radius porch. We had the gutter covers installed and are very happy with the results. The service was fast and efficient.
We had a few installation problems, but everyone has been very good to work with to take care of the problems. The system works GREAT with all of the trees around the house. No more time up on the ladder for me!
