Excellent experience with quote, installation, and cleanup. Salesman was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure to make a decision that day. We were at work the day of the install, and the covers were in place and everything cleaned up before we got home. Gutter Cover exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this product and this Company.
I couldn't be more satisfied with the installation of my new gutter covers. This is the second house I have upgraded to gutter covers. Both installations were very professional and Matt definitely knows what he's doing, adjusting the gutters to drain correctly.
We've had great experience with this product, it really does the trick of keeping leaves out of your gutters which can be a real mess to clean gutters manually not mention a bit of a risk being up on a ladder. The estimate was right on point. A little spendy, but for a lifetime guarantee, never having to climb a ladder to clean gutters, and never having to replace the gutters again, totally worth it. Everyone very professional - job well done. Installers courteous and detailed. Thumbs UP!!
Consultation was free and the pitch wasn't just "here's why the other guys suck". I had three companies to consider and Gutter Cover was right in the middle price-wise. Since my gutters were in good shape I was glad that they could be used instead of just trashed (the other gutters were one piece). When work day came they showed up on time and were very professional. They finished the job just before sunset, cleaned everything up and gave me the bill. Gutter Cover of KC was very professional to work with. Craig was very informative in showing us the product and answering all of our questions. We looked at another contractors product and felt that Gutter cover was better in all aspects. The crew came out and installed the covers in one day and they look great.
We were not home at the time of the estimate, and appreciate that they didn't insist that we be present. We knew what we needed and they install as we requested, however one of the down spouts wasn't positioned like we wanted, but they came out the next afternoon and corrected it. Perfect!!!! I'm so happy we will never have to deal with all the leaves from the sub-division behind us again.
