I’m a neighbor to one of there rentals, I called and informed them of there drive way and how it is causing a terrible run off onto my drive way entry, the sidewalk, etc. You can clearly see by the photos how much run off there has been, with about 6 inch rain ruts in there driveway. They refused to tell me how much rent was. They refused to tell me if my income was acceptable enough for them. They won't respond to emails or answer the phone... 0 out of 10 would not recommend!
They advertise availability. I contacted them at the beginning of December to ask if they would have anything available for a specific range of dates. They agreed to meet to do a showing. I spent over a week trying to get a date scheduled for the showing.
