Property itself was made cheaply, you can tell their only concern was margins. Which is whatever. New management came in halfway of our lease and the difference was extremely noticeable. Overbearing with inspections after inspections. When they started showing our property they had ridiculous expectations for us. Expected to drag our toddler and 2 cats out of the house with little respect to our schedules. If we weren’t able to do so, they would have charged us $50 for rescheduling the prospective tenant.
