They refused to tell me how much rent was. They refused to tell me if my income was acceptable enough for them. They won't respond to emails or answer the phone... 0 out of 10 would not recommend!
They advertise availability. I contacted them at the beginning of December to ask if they would have anything available for a specific range of dates. They agreed to meet to do a showing. I spent over a week trying to get a date scheduled for the showing. Typical property management only difference is they rent out old historic properties. Unresponsive, A LOT of excuses. Maintenance typical no professional or licensed people, so the work they do if they show up is ridiculous. Free Internet was to be included in rent. Well it didn't work most of time. Free heat but had to call to have heat turned on! Pay rent but don't ask for anything. Henderson House 🫤
