UPDATE: Unfortunately, credit history is the end all be all, even here, and even for a family trying to get back on their feet after multiple uncontrollable events. It's a shame, really. If they'll look at you, they seem to be good people and I would take a shot. Just another slum Lord. They had an old woman named Rita come to the Henderson House Apartments today and she "spray painted" stairway handrails INSIDE THE BUILDING!!! Are you kidding me? Paint fumes permeated the entire building and caused several tenants to cough and leave. Their pest control is a joke!!! Quality Pest Control just goes room to room and sprays God knows what here and there. No rodent control around the building, no insect glue boards by entrances.
