Wrong tires installed, tire sensor light still on, no alignment (paid for AT tires and alignment) shop is rude, zero concept of customer service, the owner has not remedied the situation. They installed low price tires but my bill was $850. Still waiting for Ventura to make it right....

Today I returned to Guttirez tires and received the best customer service ever great service happy to be back great price and great attitude, happy to say the lady behind the counter knows what she’s talking about ! #bigfacts ask for Jonathan !!

These guys are straight up thieves, the rims they said were new......were definitely used and had curb rash, they got the tires wrong 3 different times the day we got them, and today they refuse to fix their own errors and had the nerve to try amd charge us 20 bucks for 2 new tires which were promised to be given tp us for free because of their screw up. Not only that their tires which were too big broke the bumper! Skip this shop if u see it they are horrible at what they do and will only try and squueze money out of u!
