Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes

I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable.

Does this family doctor use current and safe equipment? Yes Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous

I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Dr. Gutierrez is a really nice doc who really knows his stuff. I always leave his office more informed and feeling in better control of my health than when i came in. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe.
