Gutierrez Home Inspections is incredible! They came on time, were extremely thorough and very professional. I got the report the same day with detailed pictures. Also, they warranty their work. If you are buying a home they are the only way to go.
Mario and his wife were incredibly thorough, friendly, and informative.
Worst inspection company ever !!! They didn’t check the property properly and a matter of 6 months, we changed boiler, water pipes, electrical system. Over 30k of work !!! Also very expensive for the job they are doing. I would never recommend this company. Beware !!!
