My daughter had an appointment and I called to let them know I’ll be a little late due to construction and and accident and they then asked how far I was 10mins out and they refused said I had to cancel. They are really rude and not understanding once so ever. My thoughts if your in the pediatric profession have some kindness and compassion towards pacients,and parents. if you can’t then you don’t need to be working in it! Answering and front desk rude!

These people are extremely rude.if We got stuck in traffic from construction and we were only 10 minutes late and they canceled my appointment. These people have no respect for others and don’t care about your well being. We will not be returning here!!

I cannot express enough positive sentiments about Dr. Gutierrez. He is direct, provides excellent explanations of complex medical issues, and is deeply caring. He consistently goes above and beyond for his patients. We travel nearly two hours specifically to see him because we have immense trust in his care and medical direction. First of all, my daughter was scheduled for a 3 year follow up appt. I was never reminded of the appt and accidentally missed it. I called to reschedule and they dropped me as a patient simply because I missed the appointment. Also, my daughter is getting her tonsils out and needed to be cleared so her ENT AND hospital requested her files 3 weeks in advanced and they did not send them nor did they respond to the many messages I called and left.
