Used the products n I cancelled it n they still pulling money out of my bank account since August sent me a product and I resent it back to them called them and complain and still doing the same thing nothing but scammers!!
Why is it that ordering Proactive Products is such a nightmare! Incredibly inflexible, forcing the customer to receive packs even when they don't want it! With any other cosmetic company, one can order what one needs, not forced into having to order the regular pack,or loose membership and then be ripped off each time to pay a membership fee thereafter.
SCAM. Outrageous company. Taking money from my bank account for goods I did not want or order. DISGRACEFUL.
pack of assholes at Guthy Renker get a collection agency to call up and threaten my wife over a $71 bill for item not received. worst company have ever dealt with
Do not send products that people did not order and then try and collect a payment. Shameful that reputable named companies use a sad company like Guthy Renker to sell their products. I wish I never would have used your company to try something out as the experience has been nothing but poor and unprofessional.
More than dissapointed with that company, returned a product and did not receive my money back for the last 21 days....
I am really disappointed! I bought proactive+ and didin't help me nothing but is ok we need to find cosmetics appropriate for us. I am really upset because Guthy Renker cheated me. I ordered 1 delivery, 1 set and now they send me more cosmetics every month and take money from my account!!! I sent them email that I don't want any more cosmetics from them and they didn't answer i sent next email and still nothing!!! And the next delivery came again and money was taken from my account!!!
