DO NOT go near this company. They will scam you and then try and damage your credit rating. STAY AWAY.
Absolutely impossible customer service. Tried to cancel an ongoing subscription and return unwanted product I had JUST received with a sixty day guarantee and was told because they processed my cancellation first I was not eligible to return any items.
Worst customer service EVER!!!! They keep billing me for products I Never received!! Don't order any products from them!!!!!!
I returned a shipment of sealed, un-used, It Cosmetics, but since it was after 60 days I was advised I cannot get a refund or the cosmetics sent back so I'm out $150? That's unacceptable! Well i just got off the phone with the escalations department and they agreed to send out a new shipment now. Thank you!
Terrible. They have charged me twice for their sheer cover product. I returned it promptly and called to get a refund. Called them thrice to ask when will it be refunded and all times i have been told that i should receive it in 5 working days and it been over a month. Worst customer service and complete lies everytime. Do not ever buy their products. Complete ripoff. They are thieves.
