Food is wonderful . Local owners have not connection with the customers. I work for a company and use the to cater our events every 2 months . Lost a receipt and have been trying to contact a representative for this local franchise and no one will respond . Did call the main office and spoke with a representative there named Tanner and he even sent the owners an email to respond. Great food horrible customer care Please don't have any issues you need handled by this local franchise #guthries
The attitude is crazy, my first time at guthries.. the guy who brought out my order made it obvious he was annoyed. Felt very uncomfortable. We should just stick to canes, better service and same exact food but canes is the better staple anyway, why waste your time with bad service.
