I was taken in to the back of the clinic in very short order. The nurse was very nice. JoLyn LaBoef was wonderful.
I am very excited about this place everything from walking in the door to walking out of the door is wonderful very friendly people professional efficient the doctors are knowledgeable the staff is wonderful and friendly I'm glad that they are here in Cortland
As a literal expert at Healthcare..No i carry no medical degrees. But I have 50 years experience. My life. The new campus is something I have dreamed will consist within one building. For a legally handicapped person. This is huge to someone that counts each step i take. I find this will become one of my childhood areas. One of they best places. They will be like the Walmart in the medical field i can say simply. To be able to receive care, get imaging and blood work in one facility. And more to come. The staff is amazing f... read more
Super quick and efficient, clean and welcoming area, everyone was very friendly, and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.
I went to the Guthrie Cortland Walk -In on June 23, 2025, at Route 281, with severe burns on two fingers, and a lesser burn on a third finger. My pain was intense! Sadly, no N.P. would leave from their 12:30- 1:00 p.m. lunch hour to come and at least look at me!! Someone could at least have given me a bag of ice!!! So I sat in the waiting room until the official lunch hour was over. I asked the receptionist at least twice if we could speed up getting medical assistance to me…. nope! Linda Marsh
