I would love to thank the Towanda Ambulance, and the two people that assisted me and my family! I do wish I had their names. They were Very nice and patient during an upsetting time!! Also, I would Love to Thank Jen in the ER, She was so understanding and Very compassionate! I have never received such care, even from my own doctor/nurse practitioner! Extremely Caring People!! Thank You!!
Worst experience ever on 12/30 . The receptionist at the desk in the ER needs a course on manners and compassion!! Sure do miss the " we treat you like family" atmosphere. The Dr was extremely slow and again no personality. I realize it's hard to work in there...I worked there for 8 years. We were there for over 6 hours.
Thank you so much to the ambulance and ER team that helped with our daughter today. You all made her feel safe and comfortable. It was a very scary day for us but you all did so well taking care of her. Our family greatly appreciates everything you all did for our girl!
They did a great Job! Got in and checked on my husbands hand thought he may have broke some fingers or chipped bones but everything was good! They got very busy and always kept us informed about X rays.Very pleasant and professional!
