I went through the drive-through at Guthrie‘s after sitting for a while to wait Not only for the person in front of me to wait for their hot fresh meal for a long period of time but then to wait for mine, which I would think would’ve been hot and fresh as well after the time that had Gone by. Only giving one because cannot leave zero. The food was great but the service there this evening was absolute trash!!!! I won some free combo coupons and decided to use them this evening. I went in with family and friend and the employees literally the entire time were doing the following…they were literally laughing and talking loud as hell making fun of us for using the coupons, joking where we got them and if we can’t pay for food say so. After a long and difficult day, part of my online order wasn’t present. I was frustrated after I returned home and then discovered the missing items. The manager handled my irritation with class! An apology and a fist bump later, I am chowing down these golden fingers with my daughters. Thank you!
