They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
