its been a month and im still pissed and hurt by this, but on July 28th 2021 my 15 year old came in to emergency room as i thought was seizures. she was in a middle of her episodes and a resident came in and kicked her foot and told her to stop this nonsense. i got REAL mad and said “excuse me” and he proceeded to say she was faking and i demanded to be transferred because i felt threatened here. I visited the er. At APX 6pm. taken there by my friend a doctor. he personally wheeled he into the ER. and told the nurse my blood oxy. en rout to the hospital was between 85 and87 . I ask the nurses for oxy. she said I will see if I can find some. I was in the waiting area until 10.45pm. about that time I was taken to an er. room and they checked my vitals and sent me to x ray. 1130 pm er doctor came into the room and said I had possible collected lung and multiple broken ribs. that time when I first saw the doctor he ask m... read more

They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive. The ER resident stated that I was obese and would not be able to check out the knee that I went in for. Yes I am over weight like a lot of other people.
