I didn't have a long wait. J. McAllister was great. He talks. I talk, answer questions. He takes time, listens well as to how I am, how I feel. He's pretty thorough. IT WENT VERY WELL

Katie in Orthopedics is wonderful! Very thorough and has a great sense of humor for this clutsy woman.
LPN dressed like a Ninja. Never took any vital signs. Had long wait on check in and leaving due to everyone having computer problems with your new non efficient software. I felt bad for all the elderly folks and the gals working there. It was frustrating on both sides. No employee fault. Only blame to be laid on your new fangled failure of a computer system.
