Love the cleanliness, curtesy and care. Everyone from nurses, doctors and patients coming and going all are happy, smiling people:) makes it a pleasing appointment to get through.
Took my 8 year old sister to the walk in clinic we sat in the waiting room about 90 minutes and the nurse was snotty and LETS MEDICATE "JUST IN CASE" wow get home start looking at the loads of stuff she was prescribed she will be takin in to see her pediatrician she was Givin stuff for symptoms she hasn't had since the beginning of this EAR PAIN
When you aren't feeling your best, they are very helpful and compassionate to your needs. The wait was not long at all and I was taken care of swiftly.
Medicare well visit with Dr Mala Sutton @8am was fantastic. She listens and responds! No wait, great staff and extraordinary professionalism. Next stop schedule ultrasound and was able to have that done within hours @ Corning Hospital! A great way to begin the New Year - thanks,
Guthrie itself is usually my go to for sickness or any appointments needed, but lately they have been awful. I have now been sitting in the walkin clinic for an hour while they haven't called a single patient in to be seen in the last half hour. I haven't even seen a nurse or doctor in that time either. This is obnoxious - get it together, the walkin clinic is supposed to be for fast things in - and - out, not this crap.
I love my Guthrie Clinic and my doctors who God put in my life!
