Guthrie has taken both health and care out of our healthcare system, I have been in pain since March yet just had an MRI in August after losing my temper. I went yesterday to see my primary physician and her attitude was rude and dismissive, yes I'm a smoker so that's why I'm not healing (really) my pain causes lack of sleep so I get a prescription for a sleep aid. Their parking lot is way to small. Had my car hit. But the doctors and staff are great!!!!
I just became a new patient here and they are awesome. ... Bernadette Rohl addressed issues that my other Dr. Wouldn't even do anything about .... Felt very comfortable with her ......�
My wife had a preop appointment with Dr mauer yesterday at 10:45. And we were there at 10:30. It should have been a five-ten minute appointment and we didn't end up leaving until 12:15. An hour and a half!!! Now I don't know who's to blame but shouldn't they get to there patients in a more timely fashion esp when they expect us there in a timely fashion?!?!
Terrible. Only cares about looking flashy but customer service sucks. They only care about attracting new patients not about the ones they already have. Try having a complaint or concern and see how you are treated
