Won't be returning. Kind of a SS at Guthrie. After making my appointment OVER THE PHONE, I received two subsequent emails about MAKING AN APPOINTMENT! After filling out my patient registration and UPDATING EVERYTHING ONLINE via email I received, I received a text message asking me to do this AGAIN. I walked into the Cortland center and tried "checking in" at the (what I thought) was the only reception desk to be told to "go down the the next area" which was Ortho.
