It’s been almost two years of trying to make an appointment. The NP I loved left the practice but figured I’d stick with this office. They’ve rescheduled appointments of mine within notifying. I finally had an appointment this week and the day of my provider called in sick so they had to reschedule me to October. So good luck becoming and staying a patient here. They’ve also told me in the past I couldn’t get in sooner because I’m a “new patient”. Although I wasn’t new my NP just left…
The entire staff was phenomenal including the reception, nurse and doctor. It was my first visit and I felt heard. All concerns were addressed, tests were ordered and I left feeling very well taken care of, as well as all future testing already scheduled by the time I checked out.
