10:45 am appointment took 1 hour and 15 minutes to get in a room. It’s now 2:33 almost 4 hours past my appointment time and I’m still waiting. Next time I’ll go to upstate because I’ll never step foot in here again
Took 7 hours to get in the ER.
I wish I had the mental energy to make this review 11 days ago, as my surgery was July 20th. I cannot recommend this facility more and would love to give it 10 stars. I had a scheduled hysterectomy with Dr. Kristen Algoe and she and all of the Cortland Medical Center staff went above and beyond to make sure my surgery day was met with ease and the most compassionate care. Poor patient care, looking for revenue more than that taking care of people. I had to wait a month for a test for a very troublesome condition that doesn't allow me to eat through out the day. This is after waiting several week to get the initial doctor's visit. Part of the test is I have not been able to take my medications that assist in dealing with this condition for a week and today I get a call stating that a nurse is off tomorrow so my test will have to be rescheduled for a later date.
