This review is very over due if I could give zero stars I would very rude staff especially holly at front desk and not the only awful experience I had there when I was pregnant with my daughter and I lost her due to a miscarriage no sympathy or consideration for my feelings they wanted to throw my deceased child out like garbage you guys are a awful hospital and should not either be running or have the rude staff that you have and very unprofessional you guys are disrespectful dishonest and disgusting people
No wheelchair offered immediately upon arrival , unprofessional and confusing check in , dirty & dim overall environment , nurses adding emotional trauma by unprofessional comments to an all ready emergency situation , “ this child has a deformed arm !!!” , the amount of time & follow up it took to get pain management, suggesting I send a minor alone for x rays , nurses not even aware of where basics were ( like an ice pack or pillow) multiple times, not offering assistance when my child was slipping into shock , them not im... read more
