I have had excellent care at this office. The responses to my on-line questions have been almost immediate. Oana Stengu PA goes above and beyond to educate and answer questions and takes whatever time is necessary. I have not met Dr. Chehab in person, but my telemedicine visit with him went very smoothly. The convenience of getting lab work done on-site is a real time-saver. The results are posted on the portal sometimes before I have left the office. I've made multiple calls to this office to be seen in an emergency seeing that I've had multiple stents placed in my kidney by this office on 10/29/24 and two others placed in same kidney at same office location. They don't call back so im constantly in er racking up bills and am un able to work by the way I work for the hospital this office is located in. Very poor service until im in er then they want to do something. Im so unhappy
