Guthman designed and built a beautiful screen porch addition to our home. They were careful to work with our existing style and architecture while adding creative design. Guthmann employees were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Everything was finished on time and to our expectations. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Guthmann Construction did a kitchen update for us that included installing granite countertops and a tile backsplash, a new cooktop with downdraft venting, sink, faucets, disposal. Included in the project were also some lighting upgrades and carpentry work in the rest of the house. This is the 3rd time I have used Guthmann Construction. They are amazing to work with. Guthmann Construction finished our attic space which added two bedrooms ( one with a cool loft space for our grandsons ) , two baths, a den and a multi purpose craft room. The architect did a great job designing the space with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams so the space did not look like a finished attic ( my wife"s greatest fear ). The project manager and subs were excellent. We would recommend Guthmann to anyone and would use them again.

We selected Guthmann Construction to do a complete renovation of our kitchen and they did a fantastic job! From beginning to end, the process was seamless, efficient, on budget, and on time. Highlights for our family: Guthmann updated our teens' bathrooms on time (actually they finished a few days early) and on budget! We are so thankful for the attention to detail and timely help with choosing fixtures, tiles, cabinets, and more. I recently engaged Guthmann Construction to engineer and construct a solution to a second story porcelain deck floor surface that was compromised and leaking water into the ceiling of the screened-in living space below. The entire deck surface was removed and replaced with a multi- part barrier system and travertine tiles that was designed, engineered, and installed by Guthmann as the general contractor. Guthmann renovated two bathrooms for us, and the experience was outstanding in every respect. The quality of their work is excellent, and they take care that there are no "surprises" during the process - they develop a plan for your project and stick to it. They were careful to stay within budget, and they wrote up and followed a detailed schedule of what would be done when.
