Easy to work with. Job was done quick. Also took good care of us while we were waiting for the weather to break by patching us up till the job could be completed. Afterwards, they came and made sure everything was cleaned up and operational! Great work!
This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a contractor. Photos you will not believe. I also will include a third party inspection that details the worst job they have seen.
I have sadly had to sit by and watch my parents struggle with Gutapfel Roofing. My dad called out the issues in the pictures and asked for them to be fixed. In this circumstance you have two choices in my opinion. 1) To make things right for the customer 2) Turn the job over to someone else if you are uncapable of professionally installing. Gutapfel Roofing instead chose to walk off the job and demand payment before proceeding. They considered this to be a good job but I believe the pictures tell otherwise. The roofing team did a great job and we were kept informed of progress and any roadblocks as each day went on. Clean up was thorough and we learned a few things about the process as every step was explained. Very satisfied working with Gutapfel Roofing.
