Dr Karnam and his staff are always so amazing to help me when my health has been well and especially not well. He has literally saved my life, when i was down to 80ish pounds and another doctor said I was fine those other doctors did not listening to me something was wrong. Until I saw Dr Karnam, at the first visit he had a good idea what was wrong from my heath history, confirmed the diagnosis with a colonoscopy and had me on my way to controlling a flare Of UC. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. 1. Rude front desk - girl argued with me on call - asked for an email reminder and magically their email system doesnt work (or just lazy and incompetent) - she promised she'd do it the following morning - guess what - nothing! 2. Waited over 35 minutes and still no doctor or someone to at least give a time frame. VERY unprofessional. Dont buy into the "that's how it is at doctor officies" they have a responsibility to be respectful of OUR time. Go somewhere where they value customers. 3. Very ... read more
