Terrible....I drove 50 miles to buy this car...got their and the car had been sold over the weekend..I got there on a Wednesday and the manager told me he was just updating the inventory cause he was off Monday..what did that have to due with Tues and Wednesday..I spoke to this lady she insured me the car was their......then after the big let down..I wasn't offer no gas card for my inconvenience....
Great experience. We communicated by email about the truck. They gave me a lot of info before I was able to get to the dealership. The gave me more than I expected for my trade and were willing to deal on the truck I was interested. Everyone at the dealership was very nice. No pressure. The facility was clean and neat. I would not hesitate to recommend Gusweiler to anyone. Glad I found them.
What a great dealership! Friendly people, not high pressure at all. Easy to work with and very trustworthy - I dealt with Troy Bock in the GM building. If you're in the market for a new or used GM in the Washington Courthouse area, I'd definitely recommend this dealer.
