Excellent customer service and detail
Buying wasn’t a bad experience but just found out that the service set has not been rotating my tires or have I been asked to have them rotated. A family member (who is a mechanic) noticed my tires were worn funny. Another service dept just told me my tie rods are worn. Looking back at my service slips for the past 3 years it showed only once have my tires been rotates. When I called to let them know, the response is it asked every time when in for a oil change. I called to ask if they can get us in an 18 Pilot for $6000 out of pocket. Gave him details on my trade. He says “oh sure we should be able to do that”. Coming from out of town but he didn’t want to give me numbers, without seeing my car. Dang, what a waste of time. Took him 5 min to tell me $14,000 difference. That’s not the same as 6 sir. What a joke. Don’t waste my time running out of town when you could have should have just told me the truth.
I purchased a 2015 certified used Honda CR-V Touring at Gustman Honda. I had a great experience with everyone from Brian Moard, the salesperson to the Business Manager to dealership managament. I would highly recommend Gustman Honda!

I picked up my CR-V today. It was great working with Richard. He didn't pressure us at all or waste our time by showing us vehicles that we were not interested in. Aaron was great for the financial end. Would defiantly recommend Gustman's!
I just lease a car from here. The place is amazing. I went to a lot of dealerships test driving cars and not getting what I wanted and not being treated very well. I wanted out of my current car but it has minus equity that had to be rolled over, like over $3000 and Gustman of Appleton had no issues with it. The sales team and finance department worked with me to get the deal I wanted and then some.
