- Maintenance Department - I've had 3 visits with them, total. The following outlines the damage that was observed directly after each visit. I’ve never wrote a bad review before, and i’m disappointed that this will be my first. I brought my car in for service at this dealership a couple of times. and I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of communication. I understand that service departments can get busy, but I was told I would receive updates on the progress of the repairs, and I've heard absolutely nothing since dropping it off. I did not have any appointment at Gustman Honda Service department, but I drove my Odyssey into their service bay and spoke with Rob. They were busy and booked out for the day, but Rob graciously fit my new Odyssey in for a complete checkup with an oil and filter change along with a tire rotation. Neing from Florida, I was extremely grateful that they were able to accommodate me.
