Loved the small town experience. One rep, Chad, handled the entire sale. From giving us all the important feature of our new Passport to financing and setting up an appointment for picking our new car up in a week. Great friendly service is much appreciated compared to other Honda dealers we visited
Inquired on a brand new vehicle. Manager texted me he would have a salesman reach out. Salesman, Chad did. He was rude but I ignored it, continued on. I asked about final price and rebates. Silence. He never replied. I reached out to the manager for another salesman to helo me as I intend to buy a 2026 Honda Pilot. Silence. It was an easy buying experience. I worked with Nathan and he could not have been more pleasant. I never felt any pressure from him to buy something I didn't need. He spelled things out for me clearly and concisely. I went in there basically knowing what I wanted. I bought my 3rd CRV now (1 is still running strong and the other one got totaled otherwise it would still be running).
