Mr. Gustin as a renter of my Paso Robles Property, refused to pay any significant rent for over 24 months. During that time he used every method available as an attorney, to delay his eviction. He left the house in a shamble, with junk covering every service of the home. He now threatens to sue for loss of junk cars and personal items left when the sheriff evicted him. If the California bar allows him to continue the practice of law there is something seriously flawed in the system.
