Very professional and prompt. Dr Machado tells it like it is and I like that about him.
He wasn't very empathetic and it felt like he just wanted to tell me he wouldn't operate on my hand and then get me out of there. His PA was even worse.
The entire office is full of very nice staff. You feel welcomed everytime you are there and know that they care about your health. I have had an excellent experience going to this office and would recommend Dr. Machado and his staff to anyone who needs orthopedic help.
