I had a co-pay over two insurances, i paid for the co-pay before they check my son in. Upon checking out the staff doesn't like to release written prescription without paying for it. We had been gone to different eye clinic and an optician is obliged to provide you with the written prescription following the eye examination.
Horrible service and terrible experience. They are closed most of the week and even closed when they say they are open. I have never dealt with such unprofessional staff. Take your business elsewhere.
