I had a co-pay over two insurances, i paid for the co-pay before they check my son in. Upon checking out the staff doesn't like to release written prescription without paying for it. We had been gone to different eye clinic and an optician is obliged to provide you with the written prescription following the eye examination.

Horrible service and terrible experience. They are closed most of the week and even closed when they say they are open. I have never dealt with such unprofessional staff. Take your business elsewhere.

Doctor is extremely rude, doesn’t explain anything. Has poor communication skills. He stated “he’s going to need glasses” and I had to ask why, i don’t read minds unfortunately. he was being rude saying he gave me some information the previous visit which he did not. I later found out he was my doctor and did the same thing to me when i was little, he was even rude back then.

After many unsuccessful attempts to communicate with the dr and his staff in any normal and appropriate manner, we have found care elsewhere. I was told I didn't have benefits for a second pair of glasses from the office and had to call VSP to school them otherwise. I was told to pick frames out from a ton of options and then the techs ordered the wrong size for my 2y old daughter (I am assuming by accident), yet blaming me for the mixup and eating my benefit.
