we love 18 yr balsamic and the dark chocolate balsamic we also love the tuscan herb olive oil .
What a fun shop! At first I thought - Oil & Vinegar? How exciting could that be? - then I stopped in. Then I tasted. Wow :) These oils and vinegars are so packed with flavor that all you need is a drop. Now I have bottles and bottles slowly claiming my counter. Hard to say which vinegar I like better. I think it's a toss up between the raspberry and coconut. My favorite oil is definitely the basil. It's so fresh and strong mmmmmmm :) There are other goodies too. I am obsessed! Love tasting new oils and vinegars and always leave with at least one!! The staff is over the top helpful and the flavored vinegars are to die for!!
