Amazing job! They were great, came right away to check out our sewer problem and were able to completely replace our sewer pipes for half the cost another company had estimated! Would highly recommend!!!
Where to begin, we are living a nightmare with a bouched job unrelated to gustfason, gustafson was finally called in to fix the mess and THANK GOODNESS they were!!... debbie in the office has been so accomidating to our needs. She keepe us informed on where we stand wether it is waitinf for an inspector or when the next time derrick can make it out to the property is. we had a severely broken sewer pipe on a 3decker, in worcester. the issue was discovered at the worst possible time of the year, early january... called *****, who promptly came to take a look, and after 'snaking' the pipe he determined that excavation would be needed. he checked with the city, pulled permits, called dig safe, etc, and two days after the pipe was replaced with new one. in only 5 hours he and his crew solved this nightmare, which was threatening to fill the basement with sewer waste. i cannot stress enough Br... read more

No one seems to be around to do jobs...office help states same thing like a recording. covering for plumbers.... wants credit card to even dispatch anyone to check out job then doesnt show up and when you tell them you will need to find somepne else they say they will bill charges so far on credit card.....don't give this to them.....
