SO unprofessional. Office staff isn't responsive. I had to have multiple conversations with Lorrie in the office due to being misquoted on hourly rate when we used them in the past. This Summer I asked for a quote on a large job, but didn't go with them because it took over 2 weeks to receive the quote and the quote wasn't presented professionally.
