Since Gustafson is a Specialist installer for Aprilaire fresh air vent I thought I would ask them for an estimate, based upon reviews. Mike came out to look at what I wanted. He was very nice. He said he would get me an estimate in a few days. 10 days went by an no estimate so i called them and asked for it again. Another 5 days go by and no estimate.
