Where to start. My car was rear ended and INS listed this shop as a place to take it. Since close to my home I went here. Dropped it off September 18 and it’s now October 25 and my car is still not done(quote said it would take 2 weeks). I will update once I can attest to the quality of work that was done. Dealing with this shop has been a nightmare. They do not call you or update you, so I have repeatedly had to call for updates. Love this place. Every single staff member there is so kind. I've met the owner several times, he's always around helping out customers. They even have a positive affirmation on their bathroom mirror plus lotions and body sprays WOW! They just go the extra mile to make people feel comfortable in what can be an uncomfortable experience when it comes to cars. Trustworthy. Won't go anywhere else. Eric Gurley is the man!
