Amazing people to deal with. Friendly and professional staff, great products - I’m thrilled with my new kitchen counters and bathroom vanity! Steven & Mack did a great and efficient install.
Terrible product and even worse people to deal with . It turns out the Ottawa location closed down after all employees walked off the job for toxic work place environment. Be careful where to shop and who you give your money to. The wood that we bought in our kitchen and washroom is all bubbling up from moisture and the toilet that we bought is a very low floor and bad design toilet and everything else they carry is a second grade very cheap product, what a nightmare
Went to Gus’s today to see if I could get a replacement part for my shower tower that I purchased there 11 or 12 years ago. The problem with the tower wasn’t an issue with Gus’s. Just wear and tear and cleaning over the years. Not only did they have it, but gave it to me for free. This is the second time this has happened with this tower. What a joke! During a recent visit to inquire about placing a deposit on a specific countertop slab, the employee I had been communicating with was unavailable and I was given conflicting information about the stone by another employee, who I later discovered was the manager. The interaction was frequently interrupted, making it difficult to have a clear conversation about the purchase, and my follow-up email requesting confirmation of the slab’s condition went unanswered for several days. Excellent service... Received a faulty toilet... It was replaced and upgraded to a better model at no extra charge... Great service... would highly recommend them !!
