I'm a new patient at this office and I have had awesome experiences. The assistant Erica is so thorough and very nice. I have no complaints about the dental work done.
This place was a horrible experience they were more interested in making sure I didn’t have COVID rather than assist me, I waited for an hour only to find out they needed an additional half hour to see a dentist , even though the person on the phone said they would take me in right away … they made me rush in an wait for a dentist under false pretenses…
(20 year customer) old-fashioned service that leaves you feeling like family and the only people you would trust near your mouth with a needle both caring and gentle. They take the extra time it takes to make it no big thing. I feel the same about both her Southgate office and her Pomona office.
