After years of having teeth I was hesitant to smile with, Dr. Gush gave me a new beautiful profile and smile. I'm proud to show off my sparkling smile every chance I get. I feel more confident and my social life has expanded greatly. I can't thank Dr. Gush enough for literally changing my life. I've recommended several of my friends, all being extremely happy with Dr. Gush's skills. The treatment was comfortable too. Thank you again, Dr. Gush!
I have to tell you. I will never bring my child there again. Dr. Gush had such a bad side manner with my daughter. She had tears in her eyes when she came out to the waiting room. When I asked her what had happened, she said that he was mean and yelled at her. This is not what a dr should do to any child. It was her first time getting her braces put on. Well it will be the last time he will see her.
I don't what is happening at this office but now I am stuck for anther year. All the works I loved to see every month are no longer there and there is one worker that is rude that is still there I don't understand. I guess the Dr can't keep the good, friendly kind workers. There are other choices in this small town and they are better options. The Dr is just OK. Nothing spectacular and the girls do all the work really.
Staff is rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional. They will dismiss you if you question their actions and even stop seeing your child as a patient. I'm absolutely disgusted with the treatment, or lack thereof, we received at this office. While Dr. Gush is nice and professional he has done absolutely nothing, including a simple return phone call, to resolve the issues with the staff members. Very sad.
